With a rich and diverse background in physical rehabilitation and movement education for over two decades, Ervin has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through innovative therapeutic practices.
About Ervin
Professional Journey
Ervin began his journey in physiotherapy in 2001, quickly establishing himself as a skilled practitioner. In 2004, he was recruited to develop a specialised Golf Rehabilitation program, which marked a significant turning point in his career. This opportunity introduced him to classical Pilates training, allowing him to expand his expertise and incorporate new methodologies into his practice.
In 2008, Ervin took a bold step by founding his own studio, where he led a team of nine physiotherapists and three instructors. His leadership and vision helped create a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services. This venture not only showcased his commitment to physiotherapy but also highlighted his ability to foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
International Experience and Education
In 2009, Ervin affiliated himself with a prestigious Pilates school in Hong Kong, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in movement therapy. By 2012, he made the move to Hong Kong, where he became a Pilates educator for various host sites across Asia. This role allowed him to share his expertise with a broader audience, training instructors and promoting the benefits of Pilates as a rehabilitative tool.
As his career progressed, Ervin recognised the need for a more personalised approach to rehabilitation, especially during challenging times. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he founded Fisica Integrated Limited and established Physio Loft, a boutique clinic located in Lyndhurst Terrace. This clinic was designed to provide clients with a private, tranquil setting, minimising foot traffic and ensuring a safe environment for rehabilitation.
Expansion and Current Practice
As demand for his services grew, Ervin made the strategic decision to expand Physio Loft in 2023. The clinic relocated to a larger venue in Sheung Wan, offering a spacious 2,000 square feet studio and an additional 1,000 square feet patio. This expansion allows for a more comprehensive range of services and a comfortable space where clients can focus on their recovery and wellness in a serene atmosphere.
In November 2024, Physio Loft hosted Viktor Ugyun, the creator of KonnectOR® and founder of Konnect Method, to teach the new KonnectOR® and Konnection® Course in Hong Kong. In May 2025, after joining the educator training held by Balanced Body in Madrid conducted by Viktor Ugyun and Christine Crooks, Ervin is now a Balanced Body Educator for KonnectOR®.

Treatment Philosophy
